What to Expect in an Estimate Appointment

If you’re wondering what an Estimate Appointment might look like with Delta Remodeling, you’re in luck! Here is a brief overview of what we do in an estimate appointment and what will help you get the most accurate estimate possible.

Schedule a Time

Once you schedule your appointment online or contact us to schedule, we will show up at the agreed upon time. Sometimes we are coming straight from a job site and may be running a little behind, we will always give you an updated ETA if this is the case.

Discuss the project

We will want to know as much as possible about your project ideas, plans and needs. We will ask about things like the scope of work, preferred materials, your timeline, and budget. Whether you only have a rough idea or detailed building plans, any additional information will help. Our estimate appointments typically last 15-30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the project.

Photo Shoot

We will take several pictures of your project site. These help us put together the most accurate and comprehensive estimate possible. They also serve as great “Before” pictures to look back at when the project is complete.

Receive your Estimate

Within about two weeks you will receive your free quote. Depending on the nature of the project, we may also include a more detailed scope of work and sketch of the finished project. If you are happy with the estimate, let us know and we will walk you through the next steps in our process.
